Attention Chicago Area Customers,
Our dial-up phone numbers are changing as well as some dial-up settings. The new phone numbers can be located via our new Dialup Location Utility and should be used immediately. The old numbers may be disconnected any time after November 20th.
To log in to the new numbers, you will have to change your username in your dial-up networking ChicagoNet connection. Instead of simply being "Username", your username must read "Username@chicagonet.net". Please click here to go to the Dial-Up Networking Setup Page to see how it would look for your operating system.
Please note that this does not change the way you log in to the webmail server, check your email or any other service aside from logging in to your dial-up connection.
